Meeting in the snowy mountains of France, being proposed to in the heated mountains of Marrakesh, these two adventurers created the perfect wedding day in a venue that was completely it's own adventure. Held in Polhawn Fort on a cliff top, of course, with it's own personal beach and view of the turquoise sea, it was a complete fairytale for Anna and Andrew.
Their theme was creams, whites and pastel pinks, all tying in effortlessly with the natural surroundings of the sea, gardens and perfect weather. As if the day couldn't look or sound any more flawless the run down of the day was completely something else. In the morning the groomsmen went for an awakening swim in the sea followed by lunch at the Devonport Inn close by, while the bride and bridesmaids spent the morning sipping champagne at the venue. After the service the guests were entertained by a string quartet and enjoyed champagne and canapes overlooking the sea. Jealous yet? We were.
No surprise that Anna's favourite moment of the day was the I Do's but she has a ittle advice for future brides and grooms. "Relish every minute and make sure you have some time together after the I dos. If the Bride isnt doing a speech at the reception I'd recommend doing a private one with your Bridesmaids before you all walk up the aisle."
A wonderful day that us at Inspire Hire were so grateful to be part of. Big congratulations again to Anna and Andrew.
